Dr. David Blekhman is a Professor of Sustainable Energy and Transportation at California State University, Los Angeles, and the founding Technical Director of its Hydrogen Research and Fueling Facility, the only academic campus facility producing hydrogen through electrolysis. He has earned national and international recognition for advancing hydrogen and clean energy innovation.

Andy Navarrete is a researcher on the Fuels team at the International Council on Clean Transportation, based in San Francisco. His work focuses on how policy and innovation can accelerate the transition away from fossil fuels in hard-to-decarbonize transport sectors.

Krystyna Kubran is a Mechanical Engineer from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO) and the founder of 352 Innovation, LLC, a company dedicated to advancing clean vehicle service and hydrogen combustion engine development. Her career began designing and developing diesel engines for locomotives, where she created a diagnostic test that continues to save railroads millions of dollars.

Dr. Mohammad Ali Sabbaghi is a researcher and academic at Yazd University, specialising in mechanical engineering and energy systems. His expertise includes hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, multi-generation systems, and zero-energy buildings.

Danny Ling is the Field Development Manager at Subsea7, combining deep subsea engineering experience with a forward-looking approach to the energy transition. His work focuses on offshore hydrogen production, exploring its technical and economic potential for emerging applications.

Dr. Ivar Kruusenberg is the Chief Executive and the Founder of PowerUP Energy Technologies, driving innovations in hydrogen fuel cell solutions. A serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades in the field, he has played a key role in shaping hydrogen strategies and advancing clean energy technologies.
